Continuation of the 30-day iMedConcept remote cardiac monitoring program with the previously received Kardia Mobile 6L EKG monitor. Perform the test anytime and anywhere using your smartphone, just like before. If during the 30-day period of remote cardiac monitoring, as a result of the measurement, the application informs about the detection of atrial fibrillation (the main cause of stroke) or other serious heart rhythm disturbances, you will be able to react immediately! As part of the iMedConcept offer (in accordance with the applicable price list), you will be able to use the Express E-Consultation service and connect with your doctor from anywhere in the world, and the doctor will be able to consult this measurement on an ongoing basis (because the measurement result will already be in iMedConcept) and provide you with the necessary help.

Take measurements in any number depending on your well-being or min. Twice a day as part of remote cardiac monitoring, from anywhere in the world - your results will be sent to your doctor in iMedConcept on an ongoing basis.

After the 30-day remote cardiac monitoring program, you will receive an in-depth analysis of all measurements made with their assessment in the form of a report, made by our specialists from iMedConcept. The report of measurements taken during the participation in the iMedConcept remote cardiac monitoring will provide valuable information about the condition of your heart and its possible problems, which will allow for a more accurate diagnosis and more effective treatment proposed by your doctor at the next scheduled consultation in the office.

Instructions for installing the KARDIA application on a smartphone

ATTENTION! The application may require different permissions, for example for microphone or bluetooth. You must accept these requests at startup for the study to run.

1 - Download the application on your smartphone. Depending on the device you have, go to the PLAY Store or the App Store and search for the application called "KARDIA"

2 - Install the application and run it by giving the necessary consents. When you start the application for the first time, you need to create a user account by clicking the "Create account" button

3 - Accept the required consents.. Read the documents and accept the required consents, and then click the "Go to the application" button

4 - Create an account użytkownika. Fill in the required fields according to the instructions on the screen

5 - Complete the patient's profile. Enter your details in the appropriate fields

6 - Enter the doctor code. Click on the "Have a code from a doctor" field and enter the 12-character code that you will receive by e-mail from iMedConcept.

How to perform a test with the KardiaMobile 6L device

Recording a 6-channel ECG

1 - Get to know the device.

2 - Open the app and tap the "record my EKG" button. If you are using the Kardia app for the first time, follow the on-screen instructions to set up and connect your device to the app (see Connecting your device to the Kardia app).

3 - Select the type of measurement "six-channel EKG reader"

4 - Make sure the device is in the correct orientation, and the badge "∧" on the device is facing itself. When the device is ready, hold it with your thumbs touching the top two electrodes (see photo)

5 - Hold the device by the top electrodes with your thumbs and place it on your bare skin left leg (on the knee or ankle - see photos). The lower electrode should be in contact with the skin of the leg.

6 - The application will display information when there is a good connection while recording. (you don't have to press your fingers hard against the device, just put your fingers on it)

7 - Do not move, a countdown (30 seconds) until recording is finished.

Recommendations:
1. From time to time, after the test is completed, clean the electrodes by wiping them with a soft cloth slightly moistened with water (not wet!) Or with water and soap.
2. To clean, dampen a soft cloth and gently wipe the device.
3. Make sure that the device is sufficiently dried.

Precautions:
1. Do not use disinfectant wipes or alcohol-based products as they may adversely affect the performance of the product.
2. Do not submerge the device or expose it to excessive liquid.
